Hello everyone,

Thank you so much for coming to the meeting last night for ALD/PES, and more importantly thank you for signing up to be apart of the External Social Committee. I'm sure you have a few questions or comments about what you signed up for last night so hopefully this email will help.

1. We willl not be planning anything this year, but next next Fall and throughout the 2008-2009 school year we will be very busy.

2. Our goal is to plan and host various social activities and events that ALD/PES has yet to do. So we need to be creative! Things can include sports, academics, movies, comedy shows, or anything really; the important thing is that it has the ALD/PES name behind it so people know who we are and what we do.

3. Attached to this email is a sheet about all the different committees and what they do specifically. Ours is the first on the list, so be sure to read that one.

4. We will meet next Fall and I will have many more ideas, information, and goals for us to accomplish next year. At this 1st meeting we will discuss when and where to meet, how many times we should meet, and we will deligate tasks to the various members of our committee.
