Is it me or does this begin to verge on the ridiculous?

At what point will they start prosecuting those from other countries who knew full well the genocides were taking place but failed to act to prevent them?

Seems to me... their wouldn't be enough court rooms in the world to try all the people that could be brougt up on that charge.

Anyone find it amusing/interesting/disgusting that the Swiss are charging headlong into this?

Without open discussion of whether an event was a genocide, how does the legislative decide what actually was a genocide in order for "Denial" to be declared illegal?

Genocide Denial should not be a crime. In the cases where it's clear cut that a genocide occurred (the only way you could justify the criminalization of Denial), the facts will speak for themselves anyway.
