About the war movies, horror movies i think add a big amount in this because the "pre" nightmare dream leading into the "siezure" like one seems from ghosts or of movies such as the grudge.

oh shit you suffer from that too? Yeah man if you don't wake yourself up in time you'll most likely suffer from a slow excruciatingly painful death.
good luck
Sleep apnea is a possibility.
Either way, go to a doctor.
have someone by the bed at night and make an attempt to wake and or restrain you, see if the mind can gain the concept that it can regain control. But honestly seek medical attention.. ASAP.
You should really think about going and seeing a doctor. The fact that you remember the whole sensation rules out many different types of seizures. Like mclutch was sayin film yourself so the Dr. can see whats goin on. Neuro disorders are no joke man, take this seriously.
reported for being too young when you joined
Sleeping habits are pretty interesting. It's entirely possible to die in a dream too, if you are fucked up enough.
All someone needs to do is dream they are dying, and they will if they don't wake up before the death. That's why you never die when you fall down the bottomless pit.
Lot's of people don't believe in this theory, but it is consistent with data from REM sleep studies, and even I have had fucked up dreams where I somehow get beaten up and wake up with bruises. If it is real enough in the dream, the mind will think it is real too and respond accordingly. In the case of death, your brain will just shut down, in a way rejecting death, but at the same time, bringing it upon youself.
I cannot tell you how much that just worsened my mental possitivity to this.
wow thankyou so much for that
And to whoever said sleep apnea... no. That's more of a breathing problem while sleeping.
WHY THE FUCK DID YOU JUST TELL ME THAT??!?!
