93 here with a heat index of 103. I felt like I was swimming through soup to get to the garage from my office. I can't even train in this weather, damn asthma. Thankfully we resume normal weather on Thursday... just one more day...

I traveled 300 miles south to DC last week and took in the sights.
Walked the National Mall up and down everyday in the heat of nearly 100 degrees!
I never knew I could sweat so much! ... or drink that much! (well I knew that ... gotta replenish lost fluids!)
