What are some good apps for watching TV on Android phone?

I've been searching for an app that will have full episodes of TV shows, but the apps I have found and installed never either have the full episodes or don't have all the episodes.

Does anyone knows of an app that will let me watch TV shows on a 3g network Android? Shows like the ones from CW and Criminal Minds. I've already tried Netflix, but it doesn't have Criminal Minds.
