What Sci fi film is this?

The only one I can think of with the found spaceship and bleeding eyes would be event horizon. Not sure about the twin sister part. Either way, you might enjoy this film too if this isn't the one you mean

I remember it but I think it was a TV show. I remember the twin sisters were old and they were psychic, and when one drew a picture, the other one copied it even though they were in a different room. Eventually it was some kid that managed to activate the space ship (i could be wrong on that). There was also a scene with a small alien killing a CIA agent with its mind or something.
