Can i have the radio and bluetooth gps going at the same time in my car?

I have a 2013 corolla. I can connect my phone to the cars Bluetooth so that the GPS voice comes out of the cars speakers. It makes it easier for me. Although it can get lonely not having any music on. I have an HTC first. So is there any way of making it so that the radio is playing and when the GPS wants to say something it can talk over the radio?

This may be a dumb question but I seriously suck at technology. Please help.

You can play music from your phone so that the music and gps voice is streaming through your system. But you can't play the radio and listen to your phone through it. Sorry for the bum news, Melissa!
