Proof that some kinds of premonitions are banned by the universe or God?

If you had a dog that could predict the future, and it had a premonition that if it barks the owner would shout at it (due to the fact that the owner has just purchased a dog); then the dog would be able to know that it must avoid barking.
If it wasn't going to bark in the first place, having this prediction would serve no purpose; and even if it has to decide not to bark as a result of the premonition, then it would have had a premonition that if it doesn't bark the owner would not shout at it.

If the dog barks because the owner is going to shouts at it when it barks the 2nd time (which would have been the 1st time)....
Then it would have had the premonition before the new 1st time, which means that the new 1st time would be the new 2nd time; and then in turn it would have a premonition before the new-new 1st time, making the 2nd time the 3rd time; this in turn would mean that the 3rd time became the 4th time, and the 4th becomes the 5th and so on up to the infinity-th time.

This must be proof that any premonitions that lead to a paradox are banned, by the logic of the universe; and even though premonitions are assumed to be illogical, the situation demonstrates that even paranormal experiences have their own kind of logic.
A para-logic if you like.

If you could take para-logic and understand the rules of it; then you could understand how to harness paranormal forces, and control things like a wizard can, and then become the real life equivalent of Merlin.
Anyway a good demonstration of logic being applied to the illogical, is with imaginary numbers...

Ok, the paranormal is all a myth first off, sorcerers and wizards don't exist, but yes, the universe does have the ability to prevent a paradox. We know that time travel is possible, at least into the future by travelling near light speed or by orbiting around a celestial body with high mass (black hole), but time travel into the past is impossible, since someone could travel back in time and shoot themselves, thus paradox, and the universe will prevent this from happening.
