I want to use some points to get a game from Club Nintendo. (It's called Art Academy, it is a game for my 3DS.)
I'm curious, do they send me a physical copy of the game, or a code to enter into the Nintendo E-Shop? They are asking me to verify my street adress so I'm confused.

If I redeem my game through Club Nintendo, will they ship it to me or just email me a code to download it through the nintendo E-Shop?
