Hands sweat a little but my fingertips sweating is becoming a annoying problem?

I never used to sweat on my hands or my fingertips...they were always dry and I was always known for having dry hands..But now ever since I saw this Hypnotherapist...to help with stress and stuff...I feel better emotionally but ever since then I sweat like mad a little on my hands but majorly on the fingertips and it impairs my ability to type correctly on both phone and keyboard

What has happened and how do I fix it?
