I have recently bought vaio laptop model no.SVF14212SNW with windows 8 . My wi fi as well as bluetooth is not working. When I go to turn on the two of them the charm is greyed and it doesn't get enabled. Even on taskbar I don't get bluetooth option even after configuring it. The thing is that I don't have any hardware key for wireless. Searched a lot!! Somebody please help.
