Protein based breakfast is the best choice for the post workout meal.
Protein based diet not only helpful to boost the energy and also to burn the fat and improve the muscular health.
You can take yogurt, milk, cheese, eggs, butter, juices, and protein shakes in your post workout breakfast.

Its better you take something light before your workout like some shake and after one hour of your workout take someting that suits you and is your need.
Because that is what can help you in gaining your goal.

Take more protein foods in your post workout meal.
Do focus on organic and natural rather than using the protein supplements.

You should eat raw eggs, yogurt, peanut butter, cheese, meat, and chicken etc. in you post workout breakfast.
