I have a blackberry Q10 on contract (?41 a month) and it keeps telling me that i have used up all my data ( i have 1MB of data on my contract) so i dont see how i am using up when i dont use apps or the internet, all i use is BBM but surely that should be included in the contract? I've never had this problem before with the older blackberrys.. just this new one.. someone help because my bill is so expensive!!
