Hey okay well the story starts 2 years ago. I was.. fat a**. Like then I wanted to loes it all and look like one of the people un mr universe. So I started working out allotttttt then I got bonnny in 6 months. And I said I need the muscle mass to like look like them. So I stoped toning. And started building soon I put on 30 ibs of muscle mass and 2 ibs of fat. This is where im at.my question is how do I loss that fatt and keep the muscle becase truth is 3 months ago I had an 8 pack I lost all with that 3 ibs of fat but I got much strong in arms legs. I need help
