Can't play a blue ray disc on my Panasonic tv via acer laptop?

I have an acer aspire 5740 and it does include a blue ray disc drive but whenever I go to play the DVD using Acer Arcade Deluxe, it comes up with The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. Help please

Windows key > All programs > Acer empowering Technology > eRecovery management > Restore (At the bottom) > Applications and drivers > Contents > Click on icon to the far right of "Arcade".

You may also be asked to create a eRecovery password if you have already not done so.


PS.
eRecovery management can make Factory , Current user configuration , Applications and drivers backups discs if you have not already done so i would recommend you do.


ADDITION...
A google search for "MSVCR71.dill missing" reveals it is probably not your player !
