My story starts off a few days ago, I have heard problems like mine before, but never noticed becuase I am usually connected to Wi-Fi. Anyway, when I have 4G (HSPA+) it goes really slow, I mean butt slow. I ran a speedtest, and 24 Kilobytes/second. I then got angry. I went on the T-Mobile website and checked the coverage map to see what is guaranteed for my area. I live in the excellent coverage area, meaning I should be able to stream video, music, and such. But I can't because T-Mobile is a piece of poop. I tried different SIM cards, 3 different devices, resetting my phone, same result, same lousy <100 Kilobytes/second. I just want to know, is anyone experiencing the same problem or know a fix? I contacted support, and as usual, nothing happened. "Everything seems to be okay for that area"
