I have some ringtones I want for my iphone for in iTunes in my "Tones". How do I download the tones to my iPhone4? (i have iTunes on a Windows Toshiba laptop,but im sure that doesn't make a difference lol)

Go to the "tones" tab in iTunes, select the ringtones you want to sync. Hit apply and sync. Then, on the iPhone, go into settings>sounds>ringtones and then select the one you want.
