Workout dvd for women!?

I'm a little heavy and my body fat is average. I want to start getting back into it!

Goal: toned legs, butt, arms & abs!
Don't want: fat thighs, arms & a pooch belly. Possible, booob fat? Lol

What would be the best workout DVDs to do at home?

List:
Butt -brazilan buttlift

Just need help on what else to get so I can get toned and have abs!

Insanity is pretty intense. If you do get it I would encourage you to pause if you have to take a break and then resume. Do the whole workout. Even if it takes more than an hour. Good luck!
