i know kawasaki preatty well, planning of getting a used 250r but i want to know about honda, yamaha, etc. and their cheapest sportbike for beginner. so this should be easy.
250 ninja is well known as a great beginners bike! I've never been impressed by Hondas or Yamahas but Suzuki's are also great Bikes if ya really want an alternative! Personally I would probably look for an old classic Suzuki, Kawasaki or Yamaha 2 stroke 250 in decent shape and fix it up nice so as to stand out from the crowd. There is nothing like the sound and the instant power of a 2 stroke to get attention!
