Going to the gym everyday could be unhealthy for you. It does depend on how much you rest and your calorie intake, but going everyday will tire your body out.
Going to the gym every few days is enough to build a muscular, fit body. 2 or 3 days a week should do it.
Focus more on your energy balance, what you're eating, and the hours you sleep. I think that you're exercising enough, and if the changes are a little slow, it probably means that the other stuff is a little off.
