I have been taking the Strength packs for about a month and definitely feel a difference. I feel more focused of my lifting and definitely a lot more sweat. I have been taking all 6 pills an hour to and an hour and a half before getting to the gym. I was wondering if there was any specific way to take them for more results. I usually get to the gym around 8:30pm-9pm. I'm there for about 2 and a half hours if this helps. Also, I take a pre, during, and post workout as well as a recovery drink twice a day.
