This would be for a telemarketing company that has telemarketers using their headsets 24 hours per day / 7 days per week.

Important factors:

I have to agree with Joe R. I've been using a Plantronics headset for over 20 years and it just keeps on going. The things are bullet proof.

depends what your budget is, because they can get quite expensive...
