    Daily fitness plan for 14 year old?

    Needs to include: Run, push-ups, clap push-ups, pull ups, biceps curls, crunches, hanging leg raises, swimming. p.s I'm doing this to be in great shape for applying for the Royal Marines. If you want to add anything feel free. I have my diet sorted out too! thanks

    I'm 15 years old and I do gymnastics and dance! I feel as if I am in very well shape, I have muscles and abs because of my sports! I also did volleyball and soccer as well. I don't eat as well as I should but that will change I also go to the gym every few days to stay in shape! Swimming or even getting a personal trainer for a few sessions sounds like an interesting idea to me ! Even if you don't have something like a sport to do everyday or can't go to the gym, do some push-ups, sit ups, jumping jacks in your room the days you can't!
