I remember this comedy/horror flick from the late 80's or early 90's about a group of tourists who end up stranded at this hotel in Europe. The hotel is apparently haunted, but after a few encounters the tourists discover that the staff is frightening the guests in order to build up their reputation and eventually draw in more business.
But soon after the sham is revealed, the actual ghosts haunting the hotel appear.

Here are a few scenes I clearly remember:

The hotel staff use mirrors and light tricks to create false images of ghosts

A play is being performed and the story has something to do with travel by sea, but the ghosts take over and start throwing sea water (and dead fish perhaps) onto the audience.

a bus that had sunk into a lake reemerges driven by a ghost.

The main character falls in love with a ghost (some beautiful blonde woman) but when he finally kisses her, she transforms into a corpse, and as he opens his eyes he's filled with terror. I believe at the end he and the ghost live happily ever after.

Anyone know what this movie is?
