under $3000 sports bike?

Hey guys!

I've got a few bucks ($3300) to choose a bike. And I'm looking for a sports bike from any era. looking to get 250cc 2 stroke, 600cc or 1000cc bike (if that's possible). I've had a lots of hours doing track days at my local circuit using my father's 2012 CBR600RR, friend;s 2010 CBR250R, and another friend's Ninja 150R 2 stroke. so I'm not new to this scene and hoping to get some answers disregarding rider skill. I've been mostly searching for 2 stroke sports bike but the conditions on most of them are poor.

so what do you guys think the best bike i can get? I'm looking for one that have decent fairing and power, because I'll use it for track days, and easy maintenance because I'll also use it for touring too. maybe group the answers on:
1. 2 stroke bikes
2. 500-750cc
3. 1000cc (if there are )
I also don't mind old models from the 90s

P.S: my father wants me to be independent so he won't borrow me his bike anymore and told me to get one by myself

Not many larger cc 2-strokes that can be made street-legal just about anywhere in the world anymore, most of the older ones would be track-only.
Since you didn't say, I'll assume you're new to street riding (doesn't matter how much track-time you've done) but it's a different type of riding to say the least. Suggest you find two different bikes, one for track-only and one that is a bit more comfortable bike for street-riding.
Not that you may be interested in what I like but I find the Triumph Street Triple (with a few mods) a very nice street bike, it's easy on the inner-city roads, does the highway just fine and is still fun to ride while being able to take longer than two hours rides on.

I'm sure you could if you looked long enough, I have got a few bikes for $3000 or under, I have owned 7 in total and 4 of them were under $3000, they were not 2 stroke but I'm sure the same would apply there, its all about looking and waiting for the right one to come up.
