This fall I will be entering my second season for my JV team and I would like to get a head start on my diet for the season. So would anyone know or make up a good plan for me to eat with. I basically want it to be centered around fruit and I'm restricting myself from snacks and junk food instead for a snack I would like to have a apple or something also 4 times a week I will be running around my schools track for about an hour so can anyone make up for me a summer diet plan?
