why do i get constipated when camping/hiking ?

Could be the change of diet, or not drinking enough water or both. Probably both.

I don't know why but I think when we are away from home that happens, at least to me. I used to take fiber capsules with me when I traveled and it helped. It's probably some stress about using a strange toilet, and not drinking enough water.
