Bodybuilding nutrition, living in a car?

So I left home and I'll be turning 18 in 2 months. I've been living in my car and I've been more happier with this independence and minimalist lifestyle than I've ever been while living at home.
I can comfortably afford Car insurance, food, clothing, phone bill and a gym membership with my basic full time job.

I was wondering if anyone has done this before, or something similar?

My main concern is what can I eat that will aid in my MMA/Bodybuilding training that doesn't require anything that can't be done in a car?

I don't fully understand the question. Living in a car doesn't have any effect on your body and shouldn't make a difference on anything.
