Qualcomm blackberry bold 9000 dual sim factory restore?

I bought this phone from a private party and he was from china. The whole system is different because it has a front facing camera and dual sim card separate slots and in settings or options, it does not give me the opportunity to select factory restore. I can go to security but it only list, time and date, schedule power, language, preferred input method, uart setup and misc settings. This phone physically is heavy. PLEASE HELP!!! Alt, cap A and delete does not work!!!
