H & M i only been there once . I got my little girls a bunch of clothes from the kids section im not sure if they were having some type of seasonal sale because that wad in the winter time or if the kids clothes are always that cheap i really didnt look around in the adult section so im not sure if those prices were high or low. Also khols sears just shop on the clearance racks
