I want to surprise my boyfriend by buying him a touch screen car stereo for his dash for his 2012 Hyundai accent. He already has the bass and amps and good quality speakers for his car but only has the dash board which has come with the car when he has bought it. I want to buy him a touch screen to play his music but I don't need any of the fancy stuff like GPS navigation or to play DVDs on. I am really hoping to get it all touch screen also and cheep! I know this is a lot but can anyone give me any suggestions on what brand I should get him? I know Pioneer is good but I don't want to be spending $500 and up. I was thinking top price of $350. Also, if there are suggestions, where can I buy these and get them installed?
