Check out YouTube videos there you will learn how to do or check out some books there have been some books published on it, I guess.

Google outlined everything step by step to develop Android app, when I started Eclipse and Android SDK have to be tuned ourselves, now even that is not necessary anymore Google forked out Eclipse and produced one already integrated.
