I have a few questions concerning car audio.?

I had installed, a little over two months ago, some DD audio 6.5 coaxial speakers into my stock 05 CTS to replace the Bose door speakers. Is it critical that I get an amp soon? What benefits would they get with the amp and will there be any damage if I don't?

My second deal is, what kind of amps should I get to run this system and how much would it cost me? Also, any recommendations on batteries?

    New System

    VO-B2 x1

    VO-B1 x2

    VO-M6x9 x6

    Z18 x1

    SW6.5 x4

It's not critical that you get an amp for them and without one wont harm them. The benefit of an amp will be they will play louder and be more responsive. If you are not satisfied with the sound from them now then amplify them with around 50-100 rms.
