Why does my music closes and my ringtones stops also when i flip my phone(samsung galaxy s4)? when i put it upside down ?

You must have the Mute/Pause setting turned on. You can disable this by navigating to Settings > My Device > Motions and gestures > Motion > Turn Over [menu] > Mute/Pause (Turn device over to mute incoming calls, message alerts, and alarms, and to pause media)
