Could this be considers as flirting and as PDA?

So with my girlfriend I tickle her a lot ( just to make Her laugh because I love her laugh) I tickle her around the neck area and on the sides of her stomach ( over the hips). I don't always tickle her and I don't have "tickle urges" or anything I just really want her to laugh and she loves it when I do tickle her.

So I was doing that so I was wondering if that was considered flirting ( I suck at relationships this is my first one)? And if so is it considered as PDA? If it is or is not considered as flirting then what else is considered flirting? I don't really care bout PDA but I just want to know if this could be.

Yes it's kinda flirting. No it's not PDA because that is kissing and stuff.

is it flirting? yes, & she's your girlfriend so that is okay. is it PDA? I guess in a sense it could be, since she is your girlfriend. but it isn't to the point where it will bother other people. good luck with your first relationship!
