Got office 365 on my mobile phone how do i send attachments to email?

Hi have office 365 on my nokia lumia 620 and can see my cv in my office account and cloud account, i need to send my cv in my email but cant seem too and cant find out know how too anywhere. please step by step instructions or a link please.
