nokia n9 could run it because it has got a very nice mid high end specs

-impossible. Android is a heavy, clunky os that requires its devices to have fast processors and different hardware just so it can run smoothly.. No java device has the hardware to run android.
And u cant install android onto the n9 itself, but the n9 can run andoid software with the help of an app.
