Recently just got an iPhone 5 from SMART communication wipe out promo. So excited to use it but since that time when I got my iPhone, SMART doesn't have available SIM for me so I went to V-MALL (tiangge) to buy one then immediately use it. I texted every friend and ask them to save my new number, here goes the problem, I CAN RECEIVE SMS FROM ALMOST ALL OF THEM EXCEPT MY BF. BUT HE CAN RECEIVE MINE. HE CAN CALL ME, I CAN CALL HIM, BUT I JUST CAN'T RECEIVE HIS TEXTS!!! ITS BEEN 11 DAYS ALREADY FROM THE DAY I GOT THE PHONE! I call smart, they give some troubleshooting, none of it solve my problem. I even went to SMART store to ask help, they replaced my sim and my bf's sim, and it took 14hours to be activated = =||| still, nothing changes... 2nd day we went back to report, they ask we to wait...
I just don't know how long I shall wait for it.
AND THE QUESTION IS, WHY ONLY HIS NUMBER I CAN'T RECEIVE SMS????
the troubleshooting I tried is:
RESTART (both mine and his)
RESET (both mine and his)
REPLACED NEW SIM (both mine and his)
tried all troubleshooting in APPLE WEBSITE for my iPhone
tried all troubleshooting in SONY WEBSITE for his phone....
so ... could anyone solve my problem????
PS: both of us SMART users.
*I can't switch to globe because I already have one, and this iPhone is still under warranty that's why I have to use a SMART SIM
I just don't know how long I shall wait for it.
