When taking pictures or watching youtube on my HTC sense I just get a white screen?

I don't know what's happening but when I try to watch videos on my phone I get the sound but the video is just white. Also I've just found that the screen when taking pictures is also white?
I don't know what has caused this but it's really annoying.

I checked for software updates but there aren't any. Also to the first guy, you're so right! my mind is just blank ):

The HTC Sense is an amazing phone. It has the ability to read your mind and display on the screen, which is what I think happened to you.

You have to update your system software.If u have to face problem again than it will with your battery or graphics of the phone.
