Nokia Lumia 928 for AT&T?

I'm getting a new phone in October, hoping to get the Nokia Lumia 920, until the 928 came out. I would really like the 928, but unfortunately, I'm with AT&T. Do you predict that Nokia 928 will be available to AT&T in the future as well? Proof? Thank you.
