Google Nexus S/Samsung Galaxy S2 or Blackberry Bold and Google Nexus 7 tablet.?

My dad told me that he will buy a cell phone for me on 10th June of this year 2013. He gave me a couple of choices.
Choice 1: Google Nexus S
Choice 2: Samsung Galaxy S2
Choice 3: BlackBerry Bold 9700/9800 and Google Nexus 7 tablet.

Since Google Nexus S doesn't have a memory card slot, that kinda sucks Galaxy S2 is HOT and I also like the Choice 3 cause I would get 2 things. What should I do?

If you were me, which choice would you select and why? There is always a reason. Please do tell the reason. Thanks
