My Android can't take any pictures, yet it has space to download apps?

I've been having the problem for a while now. Whenever I tried to take a snapshot, it said "memory is full". I checked my gallery and found it filled with photos from my Google+ account, so I went on the site and deleted them. When I came back to the phone, I didn't see the pictures, but a message saying "no enough space" (no, I did not miss a T, that's exactly what the phone says). I can still download apps that aren't too big. I can't access my SD card storage info (it says not available). I can only see my internal SD card, which is ridiculously small space. Is there even a solution to this problem? What is this problem? I'm lost. Someone help me out.

    (My phone is version 2.3.6)

Try uninstalling some apps ! Clear cache for your gallery , internet and other apps ! And probably you can take pictures !
