My phone has gotten messed up with the volume button and was thinking I have a year factory warranty with apple and was wondering if apple still sells iPhone 5 with a low iOS not updated to 6.1.4

would recommend a visit to the apple store while you are in warranty and not have jailbroken the device. apple ma y replace your phone at their discretion
