Equivalent of the Google Desktop Windows application for android?

Is there any app Similar to the Google desktop app, if you are not familiar with this windows app, It allows you to double tap the CTRL key and brings up a search box, It searches everything, your Email, Apps, Web google search etc.
Preferably one with a widget for home-screen

Any suggestions people?
