I brought grand theft auto on my iPad is there any way I can get it onto my iPod as well?

Yes. If you use icloud and you apple ID is the same on your ipod as it is to your ipad. It should automatically download

yes you can. just sign into itunes with the same account you used when you bought it with on your ipad, and you can download it on your ipod too.
