What is PPRIO_TRACKER and why is it showing up on my torrent?

I am downloading a torrent and some of the Peers' clients are "PPRIO_TRACKER". What is this? Is this some sort of way to track my downloads?
Also "PPRIO_LOCAL" occasionally shows up.
