Tough waterproof smartphone with good camera?? ASAP?

I guys, I'm buying a new phone in about 10 minutes and I need to know a good option, not too expensive (under $300)

I want a smartphone, thats water proof to the point of falling in water or dropping to the bottom of a pool, dust/shock proof etc etc

but with a good camera like the iphone 4 or nokia n8, not a cheap dull camera that doesn't capture the light in depth. im talking 720p or 1080p camera.


What are my options?
