i need to send parcel to my girlfriend living in chicago, illinois.
I live in india .
so i would like to get advice from experienced customers that what would be the best international shipment service to send a parcel less than 0.5 Kilogram.
This is the first i am sending a parcel internationally and
the items i am sending is a ring and some clothing.
They cost little more or less around 15000 Rs/ 300$
So i would like to know the most cost effective and most reliable service with effective delivery time.

and are the delivery services provided by India Post govt service reliable ?
