Bakabt anime torrent site so confusing?

I was gonna make an account so I could search for specific anime's and such to download but their faq's and rules are so confusing. What is this ratio and seeding/uploading thing they have? I get they are trying to promote seeding but something about seeding to quickly or downloading too quickly ruins your ratio which can lead to warnings and bans? Huh?...
Cool cool. It seems like a hassle but I was reading through some of the forums and downloading "non-popular" anime's tend to put you in the hole in regards to the ratio system and I use piratebay and kat.ph along with nyaa but I noticed how Bakabt always has seeders even on un popluar/older animes while nyaa and kat, etc. tend to not, but i'll definitely check out the site with direct downloads.
