Ok so I'm buying a new weight set and I'm wondering...
What is better?
Resistance traing or benching?

Example: If I benched 200 pounds... Then would 200 pounds of resistance be the same? (I do resistance training 200 pounds and do it easily after awhile and I lift one day 200 pounds no sweat like I do for resistance training)

Would that work?

If not what is the cheapest solution (tight on money)

Please I need serious answers not stupid ones!
